    In short: a viewing is a virtual visit, a subject to view is a payment option subject to conditions.
    Both techniques together ensure that you don’t miss out on a single bargain because you can’t travel now.

    What is a visualization?

    Our people walk live, in Spain, through the building and you watch from your sofa/seat in the Netherlands or Belgium.
    So no pre-recorded video or presentation in bad English.

    How does it work?

    • Step 1 Choose the property you want to visit virtually
    • Step 2 Book an appointment vai anna@azull.info to view the property (mention reference number) remotely, with one of our people on site
    • Step 3 After your reservation, you will receive an email with a link for viewing
    • Step 4 On the day and time of the appointment, click on the link received and you will be able to look inside the building of your dreams together with our man or woman on the site.

    You can look at everything in detail, have all the cabinets open if you want, admire the sea view, see how big the garage is, etc.

    Tip 2 Book a topic to watch

    If you have found the property of your dreams during the visit, you can secure that property by paying a reservation.
    Because you want to make sure the property isn’t sold under your nose to someone else until you can travel again.
    Then pay the reservation under the suspensive condition of: subject to viewing.
    In plain language, you pay an advance, usually around €6,000, to take the property off the market, to reserve it for you, until you can come to the site.
    As soon as you can travel to Spain again you will come and have a look at the property, if you like the property then buy it, if it is disappointing we will give you your money back.
    Simple anyway.
